About the Practice

WHAt is Project Thrive CT?

Project Thrive CT started in 2017 and has grown into a group multi-specialty mental health practice. The group was created in order to address the needs of teens and young adults seeking therapy for anxiety and depression. As we have grown, our services and specialties have continued to evolve. We saw and attended to a community need for support around maternal mental health, infertility support, LGBTQ+  identity exploration, parenting, and pediatric trauma, ADHD and anxiety. Our goal is to strengthen our community by supporting the mental health needs of our clients and families. You are welcome here. All are welcome, as Project Thrive CT is an ANTI-RACIST & LGBTQ+ affirming practice.
