Jennifer Haggerty has a unique approach in her work with children, adolescents, young adults and families. She uses creativity and warmth to help her clients manage depression, anxiety, peer conflict, difficult transitions, and developmental challenges, especially Autism spectrum disorders. She takes time to build a relationship with each one of her clients while encouraging self-discovery and fostering self-worth.
She works closely with parents and focuses on positive parenting techniques, improvement in social skills, and behavioral management techniques. Jennifer explores and breaks down barriers to academic and social success, and helps connect families to community resources and activities. Jennifer’s goal is to support her clients in identifying strengths and developing coping skills in order to move toward positive change.
