Aysa Perez-Dean provides therapeutic services to children ages 10+, adolescents and adults. She helps her clients work through anxiety, stress, depression and transitions related to school, work and personal identity using warmth, creativity and genuine connection. Aysa has experience working in community mental health, education and with women and families in the perinatal period.
Aysa strives to create a space where her clients can feel supported, understood and empowered to make meaningful change. She will work with you or your child to understand your experiences, identify patterns that keep you stuck and uncover new ways to move forward.
She integrates evidence based practices such as CBT and TF-CBT with compassion and a person-centered approach to support each client’s unique goals. Aysa has a background in Pilates instruction that also helps her understand the importance of movement and the mind-body connection.
