Adana Ramos supports tweens, teens and young adults through transitions and the development of skills to aid in social-emotional wellbeing. She is a skilled school psychologist and is familiar with the possible difficulties that students experience when navigating societal pressure, peer conflicts, familial expectations, and academic struggles. Adana has an interest in helping clients build awareness of thought patterns that may negatively impact behavioral outcomes, in hopes to change emotional well-being.
She has experience in working with adolescents who experience anxiety, depression; as well as, difficulties resulting from characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and executive functioning deficits.
Adana is a Native Spanish speaker who is eager to engage monolingual Spanish-speaking clients in therapy.
